Emmi Elite offers professional softball pitching/hitting lessons in Fayetteville, NC. Founded by a former professional softball pitcher with 15 years of coaching experience, we are committed to helping athletes reach their full potential and excel in softball to compete at the highest level. Our customized training programs are designed to elevate performance and build a solid foundation for success. Erin is currently giving lessons at a facility in Linden, NC. She also hosts clinics and private lessons locally in Fayetteville.

Meet Erin Emmi
Erin Emmi is the founder of Emmi Elite. She is a former professional softball pitcher who has taught hitting and pitching lessons since 2002. She is passionate about helping players develop in the game of softball. Erin played softball from a young age and at all levels and has also coached all levels as well. The game taught her much about reaching for her dreams and overcoming adversity. All athletes need supportive coaches to achieve their goals, and that is what Erin strives to do with Emmi Elite. "Our goal is to create an environment where kids can learn new skills and how to apply those skills in their training and competition AND to foster a culture of growth, respect, integrity, and excellence". We strive to create relationships with our athletes so that they can be successful on the field and as human beings! How you develop on the field translates to how you perform in life.
Erin played softball for Tri-State University, now Trine University, where she pitched and played first base. She also played first base and pitched for Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan, she set numerous records for Madonna University and was named player and pitcher of the year in multiple seasons. She spent a season with the professional softball team, Michigan Ice in Midland, MI. She holds numerous records and accolades from her college career, both in hitting and pitching.
Erin is also a certified nurse midwife and APRN and has a background in nursing and healthcare and holds a Masters of Science in Midwifery, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Erin is the mother of five amazing kids; She is married to her husband who has served in the US Army Special Forces for 19 years. Erin has lived in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Washington, Hawaii, and now resides near Fayetteville, NC.
